5 - Removal and Re-installation

Examine the front of the exit transport you just removed.  If it does not have the sensor shown in 

Figure 5-106

, use diagonal side cutters or wire cutters to cut the sensor’s cable off the 

replacement tipper.

Make sure the embosser wheel is rotated so the empty tines are facing the exit transport and tipper. 

 

3)

 

Place the new exit / tipper modules on the top deck.  Do not let them touch the embosser wheel.
