If you are servicing an ExpressCard 2000, follow these additional steps:
a)
Make sure you are servicing EC2000 ECP1, which looks like
. If the image printer in
the EC2000 is shaped differently, skip to the next numerical step in this procedure.

Press the
Commands…
button to show a window advising you that sending commands will
require a password. Press the
OK
button to launch the first
Printer Commands
password page.
c)
Use the on-screen keypad to enter password

and press the
E
key to launch the second
Printer Commands
password page.
d)
Use the on-screen keypad to enter password
7654321
and press the
E
key to launch the
Printer
Commands
page.
e)
Select the text box
below the word
Command
to bring up the on-screen keyboard.
f)
Use the on-screen keyboard to enter the (case-sensitive!) command
Pme;1440;960
and press the
Send
button. This sets the distance cards will be pushed out of the printer on exit. The
Response
box should display
OK
.
