Carefully lift the hopper deck plate off the hopper module and disconnect the two sensor cables from
the rear right of the hopper deck plate (see
). Look at the labels or colors of each cable,
noting which cable is plugged in to the connector closer to the front, and which is plugged in to the
connector closer to the rear.

Set the hopper deck plate aside.

Trace the hopper transport flex cable to where it plugs in to the hopper shuttle (see
Figure 5-38 - Hopper Transport Flex Cable Connection (FRONT RIGHT VIEW)

Disconnect the flex cable from the hopper shuttle, and carefully pull it free from the small pad of
double-sided foam tape just next to the plug (see
). Discard the foam tape.
