6) Rotate the embosser wheel so the empty tines are facing the exit transport and tipper and leave it in
that position through the end of re-installing. This reduces the chances of damaging critical tines.
7) Locate the tipper heater cable and sensor cable, which come out the front of the tipper above the exit
ramp. Depending on the age of the heater, the cables may be colored differently from the pictures.
The procedure is the same.

8) If the heater cable does not have connectors like those shown in Figure 5-110 , you may be servicing
an older device; contact MagTek Support Services for alternate instructions.
9) If the tipper heater connector is cable tied to the tipper, cut the cable tie and discard it ( Figure 5-110
LEFT). If the cable is clipped to the heater, the heater cable and sensor cable from the clips ( Figure
5-110 RIGHT).
