It means the time for judging the loss time of analog input. If the time that is set at AIO_73 Time Out is passed, it can
be considered as analog input loss

satisfying the condition set at multi-function
analog input loss criterion until the set time.
AIO_73 Time out can be applied

(In the case of I/O(EXTN_I/O, it can also be applied to AIO_48 Ai4 Wbroken, AIO_60 Ai5 Wbroken.)
If multi-functional analog input is lost, the inverter stops by decelerated stop or by Free Run. The stopping method
can be set up at DIO_97. See DIO_97 for further details.
