Calibration procedure of the output voltage, voltmeter, and the
overvoltage protection setting (CAL.1 and CAL.2)
Calibrate CAL.1 and CAL.2 consecutively.

T u rn the POWER s w itch off.

Connect a DVM to the o u tp u t terminal.

While holding do w n the SET key, t u rn on the POWER s w itch.
Keep holding the SET key until the ammeter is showing “CAL.1,” and the voltmeter is
showing 5 % of the rated voltage value. Warm up the PAT for at least 30 minutes.

Press the OUTPUT s w itch to t u rn the o u tp u t on.
The OUTPUT LED illuminates.

T u rn the VOLTAGE knob to set the DVM reading to 5 % of the rated
voltage.

Press the RECALL A (SHIFT+SET) key.
The calibration of this item is set, and the LOCK LED illuminates.

Press the SET key.
The voltmeter shows the rated voltage value.

T u rn the VOLTAGE knob to set the DVM reading of the rated voltage.

Press the RECALL A (SHIFT+SET) key.
The calibration of this item is set, and the EXT LED illuminates.
Then, the LOCK LED and EXT LED turn off, and the PRESET A LED illuminates.

Press the LOCK (SHIFT+LOCAL) key to exec u te the calibration of the
overvoltage protection (OVP).
The ammeter displays “CAL.2,” and the voltmeter displays 5 % of the rated voltage
value. The calibration is automatically executed. In the middle of the calibration, the
voltmeter display changes to the rated voltage value.
When the calibration completes, the PRESET B LED illuminates.
