7.5.2 Parameters
The parameter format of SCPI is derived from the program parameter format
defined in IEEE 488.2.
The representation system of the program data that is used on the PAT is indicated
below.
Non-numeric parameters
The PAT uses the following three types of non-numeric parameters.

Expresses a 1 or 0 condition or an O N or OFF condition.

N Rf N Rf is a generic term that incl u des N R1, N R2, and N R3.
Nu meric
Represents a decimal point, optional sign, and meas u rement u nit.
The n u meric representation syntax is the same as N Rf.
MI N im u m and MAXim u m are available as s u bstit u tes for declaring
certain val u es.
Units s u ch as V, A, and W can also be u sed in a n u meric parameter.
If a val u e that cannot be assigned is entered, the device ro u nds the
val u e to the closest possible val u e.

for PAT20-400T
The range of val u es for SOUR:CURR is 0 % to 105 % of the rated
o u tp u t c u rrent. Th u s, 500 is set even if 420 is specified.
