Determining the Location of the Core I/O Card

Core I/O cards that are present in 12-slot card cages are indicated on the screen by an x in the
column marked 1 or 3 (and no x in the columns marked 0 and 2). For example, if there is a Core I/O
card in a 12-slot card cage at the left front of the cabinet (I/O Bay 0), there will be an x below the 1
in the column marked IO Bay 0, IO Chas.

Core I/O cards in 6-slot card cages are indicated on the screen by an x in a column marked 0, 1, 2, or
3, depending on the physical location of the card cage. For example, if there is a Core I/O card in
each of four 6-slot card cages in I/O Bays 1 (MIOB1), there will an x below the 1 in the column
marked IO Bay 1 IO Chas.
