Excessively low voltage or excessively high voltage for the inverter PCB
This alarm code is displayed when the voltage of DIP-IPM is insufficient or excessive and the alarm has three
occurrences in 30 minutes. If the number of occurrences is smaller than two, the retry operation is performed.
