9 Servicing

Removing components

SMGB0091 rev.2 - 11/2015

Removal of the noise filter (NF1)

Disconnect all the wires connected to the noise filter (NF1).

Remove the noise filter by pressing the expanded part of

the 4 plastic holders, using long-nose pliers, as shown in the
picture below.

Pull the noise filter plate out of the plastic holders.

Press

Pull up

Long-noise pliers

PCB

Plastic holder

Removal of the reactor (DCL)

Disconnect the wires connected with the DCL.

Remove the 4 screws fixing the DCL and remove it.

Screws

Removal of the magnetic contactor for compressor

(CMC)

Disconnect the wires connected to the CMC.

Remove the 2 screws fixing the CMC and remove it.
