Syslog messages are only recorded internally if they have a
higher or identical priority to that indicated, i.e. all messages
generated are recorded at syslog level debug.

The Advanced Settings menu is for adapting certain functions and features to the special
requirements of your environment, i.e. mostly interoperability flags are set. The default val-
ues are globally valid and enable your system to work correctly to other funkwerk devices,
so that you only need to change these values if the remote terminal is a third-party product
or you know special settings are necessary. These may be needed, for example, if the re-
mote end operates with older IPSec implementations.

The Advanced Settingsmenu consists of the following fields:
