• International exchange access right: Unrestricted dial permission.
• National exchange access right: Dialling permissions for national calls (Dialling
not
possible).
• Exchange access right for local calls: Dialling permissions for local calls (Dialling
and
not possible).
• Semi exchange access right: The subscriber can receive incoming external calls but can
only make internal calls.
• No exchange access rights: The subscriber can only make internal calls.

Note that restrictions that go beyond these rights can be applied through entries in
your device's blacklist.
Outgoing telephone number
For each connection, you define in the configuration which telephone number is transferred
for outgoing connections (priority telephone number). Two alternative telephone numbers
(analogue, DSL or ISDN), including those from another provider, can also be selected. If
transfer of the priority telephone is not possible, one of these telephone numbers is sent in-
stead. However, you can also suppress transfer of the telephone number.
Making external calls with "Automatic outside line"
You want to make a call to an external subscriber.
Lift the receiver of your telephone. You will hear the continuous dial
tone.
Dial the external telephone number.
You will hear the ringing tone. Your correspondent is being called.
The called party lifts the receiver.
Have your conversation.
Telephoning externally with an initial 0.
You want to make a call to an external subscriber.
Lift the receiver of your telephone. You will hear the internal dial
tone.
