Field

Description

You can use up to four switching times for each weekday.

You can enter two periods for each weekday. These two peri-
ods are automatically assigned to the

9-

switching type. The

system uses the gaps between the entered periods for the

.&"

switching time.

If you enter e.g. 8:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 18:00 for Monday,
these are the day switching times. The system uses 12:00 to
13:00 and 18:00 to 9:00 for the night switching times.

14.4.2 Call Groups

You use the call assignment function to define which internal telephones are to ring in the
event of an external call.

You can also use the call assignment in conjunction with the calendar, so that different tele-
phones ring for external calls during the day and at night.

You see entries in the PBX -> Call Assignment -> Call Groups menu if entries for tele-
phony have been made in the PBX -> Line Configuration -> External Numbers -> New
menu (see
