Target Number (Direct)
All calls for a particular subscriber are immediately forwarded to
the specified subscriber.
Target Number (On
Busy)
A call is forwarded to the specified subscriber if the called sub-
scriber is already making a call.
Target Number (On No
Reply)
A call is signalled on the dialled terminal for a defined period. If
the call is not received during this time, the call is forwarded to
the specified subscriber. The call is then no longer signalled on
the terminal originally dialled. Call forwarding is carried out after

14.4 Call Assignment
You can define which internal telephones are to ring simultaneously in the event of an ex-
ternal call.
You can also use time-controlled call assignment. For example, you can define that during
a lunch break and at night, only the reception phone rings because this is manned around
the clock.
14.4.1 Calendar
In the calendar, you define the switching times for time-controlled call assignment.
You can use a total of four switching times for each weekday: two for
9-
switching and
two for
.&"
switching. Once you have entered the periods, you can define which tele-
phones are to ring in the event of an external call during the day and during the night.
To make calendar settings, click on the Enabled button in Operating Status.
