During a call, you can receive - or refuse - another call.
Note
Call waiting is possible for internal and external calls on analogue telephones.
Accepting a call (go to inquiry)
You are making a call. A second external subscriber calls you. You
hear the call waiting tone.

You are connected to the subscriber whose call is waiting. Your first

Refusing a call
You are in a call. A second external call comes in. You hear your call
