Call Groups

The PBX -> Call Assignment -> Call Groups menu consists of the following fields:

Fields in the Call Groups menu

Field

Description

Name

Displays the name of the point-to-multipoint or point-to-point
connection together with a sequential number.

Phone Number

For a point-to-multipoint connection, displays the multiple sub-
scriber number (MSN) and for a point-to-point connection the
PBX number together with the direct dial-in number.

Call Assignment

Only if the Operating Status in the Calendar is disabled.

Displays the numbers of the internal telephones that are to ring
in the event of an external call.

Day

Only if the Operating Status in the Calendar is enabled.

Displays the numbers of the internal telephones that are to ring
in the event of an external call during the day.

Night

Only if the Operating Status in the Calendar is enabled.

Displays the numbers of the internal telephones that are to ring
