Configuring address shifting
When configuring, the specific slot and index values of the parameters must be entered in
the configuration area. This area can contain up to 32 entries for 16 parameters. Address
shifting configuration supports float- and integer-type parameters with read and write
access.
Address shifting can be configured via:
• Local display
• Configuration tool (e.g. FieldCare/DeviceCare)
• PROFIBUS master
Address shifting is configured in the menu Expert → Communication → Address shifting
