Revisione imbiellaggio
Eseguire le seguenti verifiche
dimensionali delle bielle:
- gioco di accoppiamento con lo
spinotto al montaggio.
In caso di usura eccessiva (Sez. C 1),
sostituire la biella.
La boccola piede di biella deve essere
in buone condizioni e saldamente
piantata nel proprio alloggiamento.
Controllare l'errore di parallelismo
misurato a
100 mm dall'asse
longitudinale della biella:
deve essere
H - h inferiore a
0,02 mm; in caso contrario sostituire
la biella.
La biella è fornita in due selezioni
A
e B del diametro della testa (Sez. C 1)
punzonate sul fianco del cappello.
Utilizzare preferibilmente alberi
motore e bielle della stessa selezione.
Sostituzione boccola piede di
biella
L’estrazione della boccola usurata
deve essere fatta utilizzando un
punzone appropriato ed una pressa.
Praticare, sulla boccola sostituita, i fori
di lubrificazione in corrispondenza dei
già esistenti sul piede di biella.
Alesare quindi la boccola portando
il diametro interno (D) a
20,035÷20,045 mm.
Overhauling the
connecting rods
Make the following dimensional
checks on the connecting rods:
- assembly clearance with gudgeon
pin at time of fitting.
In the event of excessive wear
(Sect. C 1), renew the connecting
rod.
The small end bushing must be in
good condition and firmly driven into
its seat.
Check parallelism error measured at
100 mm from the connecting rod
longitudinal axis:
the value must be
H - h less than
0.02 mm; otherwise, renew the
connecting rod.
The connecting rod is supplied in two
size classes
A and B relative to the
big end diameter (Sect. C 1) as punch
marked on the side of the cap.
It is preferable to use crankshaft
and connecting rods of the same
size class.
Replacing the small end
bushing
To remove the worn bushing,
use a suitable drift and a press.
Drill lubrication holes into the
new bushing in correspondence
with the existing lubrication holes
on the connecting rod small end.
Now bore out the bushing until the
inside diameter (D) is
20.035–
20.045 mm.
