Install tool part no. 88713.2011 in
the generator cover seat to prevent
crankshaft rotation, and lock it in
place with the pin provided.
Remove screw (F) from side cover (E)
and recover washer (G).
Immobilise the camshaft (H) of
both heads by screwing tool part
no.
88713.2282 into side cover (E).
Turn the pulleys by hand as shown in
the figure until the end of the tool
enters channel (L) on the camshaft.
Fit the horizontal (9) and vertical (28)
timing belts using exclusively your
hands, without altering the alignment
of the pulleys.
Installare nella sede del coperchio
alternatore l’attrezzo
cod.
88713.2011 per fermare la
rotazione dell’albero motore e
bloccarlo con l’apposito perno.
Rimuovere dal cappellotto laterale (E)
la vite (F) recuperando la rosetta (G).
Bloccare l’albero distribuzione (H)
di entrambe le teste avvitando nel
cappellotto laterale (E) l’attrezzo
cod.
88713.2282 .
Girare a mano le pulegge come
mostra la figura fino a quando
l’estremità dell’attrezzo si inserisce
nella cava (L) dell’albero distribuzione.
Installare la cinghia distribuzione
orizzontale (9) e verticale (28)
utilizzando esclusivamente le mani
senza modificare l’allineamento delle
pulegge.
