Smontaggio forcella
anteriore
Prima di procedere alla rimozione del
componente in questione occorre
rimuovere dal motociclo i particolari
riportati di seguito:
Allentare le viti (1) di fissaggio degli
steli forcella alla testa di sterzo (3).
Allentare le viti (7) che fissano i
morsetti dei semimanubri (8) e (9)
agli steli forcella.
Allentare le viti (2) di fissaggio degli
steli forcella alla base di sterzo (4).
Sfilare verso il basso gli steli (5) e (6),
liberando i semimanubri.
Effettuare tutte le operazioni di
revisione necessarie sugli steli.
Note
Supportare adeguatamente i
semimanubri (8) e (9) affinché non
cadano durante l’azione di sfilamento
forcelle e danneggino la superficie dei
componenti posti nelle immediate
vicinanze.

Removing the front forks
Before removing the front forks,
remove the following parts:
Loosen the clamp bolts (1) holding
the fork legs to the top yoke (3).
Slacken off the bolts (7) securing
the handlebar clamps (8) and (9) to
the fork legs.
Loosen the clamp bolts (2) securing
the fork legs to the bottom yoke (4).
Slide the fork legs (5) and (6)
downwards, thus freeing the
handlebars.
Overhaul the fork legs where
necessary.
Notes
Ensure that the handlebars (8)
and (9) are adequately supported
while sliding out the fork legs so that
they do not fall and damage other
components.
