Revisione guidavalvola
Procedere ad un accurato controllo
della superficie interna del
guidavalvola: non devono apparire
incrinature o deformazioni. In presenza
di eccessiva ovalizzazione passare un
alesatore per rendere più uniforme la
superficie di accoppiamento.
Note
Sostituendo il guidavalvola è
necessario sostituire anche la valvola.
I guidavalvola di aspirazione sono in
ghisa mentre quelle di scarico sono in
bronzo.

guidavalvola
Gioco di accoppiamento al
montaggio:
0,03÷0,06 mm
Limite di usura massimo ammesso:
0,08 mm
Sostituzione del guidavalvola
Per sostituire il guidavalvola è
necessario effettuare le operazioni
seguenti.
Riscaldare lentamente ed
uniformemente la testa in un forno
fino alla temperatura di
180 °C.
Sfilare il guidavalvola utilizzando un
punzone appropriato (vedi disegno).
Lasciar raffreddare e controllare le
condizioni della sede.
Scegliere il guidavalvola più adatto
considerando una interferenza
di montaggio con la testa di
0,022÷0,051 mm; vengono forniti
a ricambio con maggiorazione sul
diametro esterno di
0,03 , 0,06 e
0,09 mm già completi di anellino di
fermo.
Riscaldare nuovamente la testa e
raffreddare con ghiaccio secco il
guidavalvola nuovo:
Installare i guidavalvola, dopo aver
lubrificato la sede, portando in battuta
l’anellino di fermo sulla testa con il
punzone utilizzato per la rimozione:
Lasciar raffreddare la testa e
procedere alla alesatura del foro
interno.
Overhauling valve guides
Thoroughly check the inner surface
of the valve guide for cracking or
distortion. In the presence of
excessive out of round hone the
mating surface with a bore reamer.
Notes
When you change the valve
guide, you must also change the
valve. The intake valve guides are
made of cast iron, while the exhaust
valve guides are in bronze.
Valve - valve guide mating
Assembly clearance:
0.03 – 0.06 mm
Maximum permissible wear limit:
0.08 mm
Changing the valve guide
To change the valve guide proceed
as follows.
Heat up the head in an oven gradually
and evenly up to
180 °C.
Remove the valve guide with a
suitable drift (see drawing).
Allow the head to cool down and
check the condition of the seat.
Choose the most suitable valve guide
in consideration of an interference fit
with the head of
0.022 - 0.051 mm;
valve guides are supplied with
oversized external diameters of
0.03 ,
0.06 and 0.09 mm already complete
with stop ring.
Heat up head again and chill the
new valve guide in dry ice.
Lubricate the seat and install the
valve guide so that the stop ring is
located against the head, using the
same drift previously used to remove
the old guide:
Allow the head to cool down and
hone the internal bore with a reamer.
