Chiusura semicarter
Installare l'albero rinvio
distribuzione (30) nel cuscinetto
a rulli (4) sul semicarter lato frizione.
Per non danneggiare l'anello di
tenuta (14) in corrispondenza
dell'albero rinvio distribuzione,
è consigliabile proteggere l'estremità
filettata dell’albero con l'apposito
cappuccio di protezione
cod.
88713.5749 . Inumidire l’anello
di tenuta (14) con alcool ed installarlo
sull’albero rinvio distribuzione
portandolo in battuta sul cuscinetto
a rulli (4).
Montare l’anello elastico di fermo (29)
nella sede sull’albero e rimuovere il
cappuccio di protezione.
Note
In caso di rimontaggio di
particolari usati, prima di inserire
il gruppo cambio nel semicarter
assicurarsi che le piste interne (C) dei
cuscinetti di estremità degli alberi del
cambio risultino installati nel relativo
cuscinetto e non siano rimasti
montati sul rispettivo albero.
Accoppiare gli alberi cambio e
procedere al montaggio sul semicarter
lato frizione, interponendo i rasamenti
calcolati.
Closing the casings
Fit the timing layshaft (30) in roller
bearing (4) in the clutch-side casing.
To avoid damaging the seal ring (14)
on the timing layshaft, protect
the threaded end of the shaft with
the provided protector cap part
no.
88713.5749 . Moisten oil seal (14)
with alcohol and fit it on the timing
layshaft, driving it fully home on roller
bearing (4).
Fit retaining circlip (29) into the groove
on the shaft and remove the
protection cap.
Notes
When refitting used
components, make sure that the
inner races (C) of the gearbox shaft
end bearings are fitted into the
correct bearings and have not been
left on the relative shaft.
Couple the gearbox shafts and install
them on the clutch side casing with
the calculated shims.
