Smontaggio forcellone
posteriore
Svitare le viti (9) e rimuovere il
copricatena (8).
Rimuovere la trasmissione secondaria
come indicato alla Sezione G 8.
Svitare le viti (9) e rimuovere il pattino
catena (7).
Rimuovere i tappi (1) dai lati del
forcellone.
Allentare i grani (6) di tenuta del perno
forcellone (5) su entrambi i lati di
quest’ultimo.
Per lo smontaggio del perno (5)
occorre rimuovere almeno uno degli
anelli (2) seeger esterni.
Con un adatto punzone spingere il
perno (5) verso l’esterno fino a che
il forcellone risulterà libero
dall’ancoraggio sul motore.
Rimuovere il forcellone (4) dal telaio
recuperando i rasamenti (3) di
spessorazione forcellone.

fissaggio tubo freno
posteriore al forcellone G 6
Rimuovere
l’ammortizzatore G 7
Removing the swingarm
Unscrew the bolts (9) and remove the
chain guard (8).
Remove the final drive as indicated in
Section G 8.
Unscrew the bolts (9) and remove the
chain slider (7).
Remove the plugs (1) on either side of
the swingarm.
Loosen the grub screws (6) securing
the pivot shaft (5) on both ends of the
shaft.
At least one of the outer circlips (2)
must be removed in order to remove
the pivot shaft (5).
Drive out the pivot shaft (5) using a
suitable drift until the swingarm is
free of the engine.
Remove the swingarm (4) from the
frame, recovering the swingarm
shims (3).
