Rimuovere i tappi protezione (1) dai
tubi del telaio in prossimità dei punti
di fulcraggio del motore.
Posizionare un supporto sotto al
motore.
Svitare e rimuovere i dadi (3), sul lato
destro, in corrispondenza della vite (2)
di fissaggio anteriore e posteriore (4)
del motore.
Rimuovere la vite (2) di fissaggio
anteriore dal lato sinistro del motore.
Sfilare fuori il perno (A) forcellone
verso il lato sinistro fino a metà circa
della sua lunghezza (Sez. G 5).
Sfilare la vite superiore (4) fino a metà.
Inserire l’apposito supporto
88713.1515 sul lato destro.
Bloccare il grano (B) destro del
forcellone serrando in questo modo il
supporto
88713.1515 .
Sfilare definitivamente il perno (A)
forcellone e la vite superiore (4).
Inserire l’altro supporto sul lato sinistro
e bloccarlo con l’altro morsetto (B).
In questo modo il telaio e il forcellone
risulteranno posizionati, pronti per il
rimontaggio del motore (5).
Sfilare il blocco motore (5).
Remove protective caps (1) from the
frame tubes in correspondence with
the engine pivot points.
Place a stand under the engine.
Undo and remove nuts (3) on the RH
side of frame in correspondence with
front screw (2) and rear screw (4)
fixing engine to frame.
Remove front mounting bolt (2) from
the engine LH side.
Slide out swingarm pivot pin (A) to the
LH side to half its length (Sect. G 5).
Slide out upper mounting bolt (4) to
half its length.
Insert stand 88713.1515 on the RH
side.
Tighten swingarm RH dowel (B)
thereby securing stand
88713.1515 .
Completely slide out swingarm pivot
pin (A) and upper mounting bolt (4).
Insert the other stand on the LH side
and secure it with other clamp (B).
This procedure means that frame
and swingarm are now correctly
positioned and ready for reassembly
of the engine (5).
Remove the engine (5).
