Rimontaggio gruppo
rinvio frizione
Lubrificare e riposizionare l’asta
di rinvio frizione (10) con i due anelli
OR (
17 ).
Lubrificare la guarnizione (18) e
posizionarla con il gruppo rinvio (19)
sul carter.
Serrare le viti (20) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Posizionare il tubo (13) sul gruppo
rinvio frizione (19), facendo
attenzione all’orientamento del
raccordo del tubo sul gruppo (19).
Attenzione
Un posizionamento non corretto
può causare mal funzionamenti
dell’impianto e può interferire con le
parti in movimento del motociclo.
Posizionare le due guarnizioni (11)
e serrare la vite (16) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Rimontare lo spurgo (15) e
il parapolvere (14).
Posizionare delle fascette che fissano
il tubo, fare riferimento alla tavola
della pagina seguente.

Rimontare la carena

Refitting the clutch slave
cylinder
Grease and refit clutch pushrod (10)
with two O-rings (
17 ).
Lubricate the seal (18) and locate
it along with the slave cylinder (19)
on the crankcase.
Tighten the bolts (20) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Locate the hose (13) on slave
cylinder (19), ensuring that the hose
end fitting is correctly positioned
relative to the slave cylinder (19).
Warning
An incorrectly positioned hose
can cause clutch faults and interfere
with moving parts.
Position the two seals (11) and
tighten screw (16) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit bleed valve (15) and dust
seal (14).
Fit the clips securing the hose, with
reference to the drawing on the
following page.
