Sostituzione liquido
impianto frenante
Attenzione
Il liquido impiegato nell'impianto
frenante, oltre a danneggiare la
vernice, è dannosissimo a contatto
degli occhi o della pelle; lavare quindi
abbondantemente con acqua corrente
la parte interessata in caso di
accidentale contatto.
Sostituzione liquido circuito
frenante anteriore
Togliere il coperchio (2) con
membrana dal serbatoio liquido freni
anteriori svitando le viti (1).
Aspirare l'olio all'interno del
serbatoio (A).
Immettere olio nuovo all'interno del
serbatoio (A) fino al raggiungimento
della tacca
MAX .
Azionare la leva due o tre volte in
modo tale da permettere al circuito di
andare in pressione.
Mantenere tirata la leva verso la
manopola.
Collegare alla valvola di spurgo (3) un
tubicino trasparente immergendo
l'estremità in un contenitore
appoggiato al pavimento.
Allentare il raccordo di spurgo (3) in
modo da permettere all'olio di uscire.
Attenzione
Durante l'operazione di
riempimento mantenere sempre il
livello dell'olio al di sopra della tacca
MIN per prevenire la formazione di
bolle d'aria all'interno del circuito.
Far defluire l'olio dallo spurgo (3) fino
alla fuoriuscita di liquido di colore
diverso.
Riavvitare lo spurgo (3) e ripristinare il
livello corretto dell'olio nel serbatoio.
Note
Ripetere l'operazione su
entrambe le pinze.
Rimontare il coperchio (2) eseguendo
le operazioni in ordine inverso le
operazioni di smontaggio.
Changing the brake fluid
Warning
Brake fluid will damage painted
surfaces if spilled on them. In addition,
it is very harmful in contact with the
skin or with the eyes; in the event of
accidental contact wash the affected
area with abundant running water.
Changing the fluid in the front
brake circuit
Loosen screws (1) and remove
cover (2) and the membrane from
the front brake fluid reservoir.
Aspirate the brake fluid from inside
the reservoir (A).
Fill the reservoir (A) with new clutch
fluid up to the
MAX mark.
Operate the clutch lever two or three
times until the circuit is pressurised.
Hold the lever pulled in towards the
handgrip.
Attach a length of transparent plastic
tubing to the bleed valve (3) and insert
the other end of the tubing in a
container placed on the floor.
Loosen the bleed valve (3) to allow
fluid to escape.
Warning
During the filling operation,
always keep the fluid level above the
MIN mark to prevent the formation of
air bubbles in the circuit.
Allow the fluid to flow from the bleed
valve (3) until a different colour liquid
appears.
Tighten the bleed valve (3) and
restore the correct fluid level in
the reservoir.
Notes
Repeat this operation on both
brake callipers.
Refit the cap (2), carrying out the
removal operations in reverse order.
