BRAKE

Brake Pedal Removal

●

Remove the brake pedal by removing the master cylinder locknut

[A], circlip [B] and pin [C].

●P

ulling down the springs (where circled), remove the brake pedal.

Brake Pedal Installation

● Reverse the Removal steps to install the brake pedal.

Master Cylinder Removal

●

Remove the master cylinder joint [A] and the banjo bolt [B] at the

brake hose lower end, and tighten it loosely.

●

Remove the brake hose [C].

●

Loosen the master cylinder mounting bolts [D].

●

Remove the clamps [A], hose [B] and reservoir [C].

CAUTION

Brake fluid quickly ruins painted surfaces; any spilled fluid
should be completely washed away immediately.
