PERIODIC MAINTENANCE

● Install the collar and movable drive face bolt.

● Tighten the movable

drive face bolt to the specified torque with

the special tool.

Tightening Torque: 85 N-m (8.5 kgf-m, 62.0 lb-ft)

● Install the dowel pins.

● Install the movable drive face cover

[1].

NOTE

Be careful about the direction of the collar.

NOTE

Turn the fixed drive face until the belt is seated in and both the
drive and driven faces will move together smoothly without
slip.
