Remove
the
Cylinder
head
cover
and
camshaft.
●
Remove
the
Recoil
starter.
●
Leave
the
Starter
cup
on
the
left
crankcase.
●
Use
tool
to
adjust
the
Start
cup
to
align
the
TDC
line
[A]
with
the
index
mark
[B]
of
the
crankcase
to
make
the
piston
to
the
highest
position.

Make
the
mark
[C]
on
the
Timing
chain
driver
gear
to
the
highest
position.
Meanwhile
the
mark
on
the
opposite
side
the
Timing
chain
driver
gear
is
also
aligned
with
the
mark
position
[D].

Assemble
the
camshafts
by
aligning
the
engraved
marks
[E]
with
the
mating
surface
of
the
cylinder
head
cover.
