ENGINE
●
Install
the
gearshift
cam
drum.
●
Install
the
oil
sump
filter.
●
Wipe
the
crankcase
mating
surfaces
(both
surfaces)
with
a
cleaning
solvent.
●
Fit
the
dowel
pins
onto
the
left
half
on
the
crankcase.
●
Apply
engine
oil
to
the
connecting
rod
big
end
and
the
gears.
●
Apply
BOND
to
the
mating
surface
of
the
right
crankcase.
NOTE
Fit
the
thinner
side
of
the
oil
sump
filter
in
the
bottom
as
shown.
●
Tighten
the
crankcase
bolts
a
little
at
a
time
to
equalize
the
pressure
until
the
specified
torque.

●
After
the
crankcase
bolts
have
been
tightened,
check
if
the
each
shaft
rotates
smoothly.
If
a
large
resistance
is
felt
to
rotation,
try
to
free
the
shafts
by
tapping
them
with
a
plastic
mallet.
NOTE
Tighten
the
crankcase
bolts
diagonally
with
the
bigger
size
first.
