If the problem appears to be related to particular wells, clean the
associated aspiration tubes: run

AUTOCLEAN

(Ultrasonic Advantage™

models only), and/or remove the manifold and thoroughly clean the
tubes with the stylus (all models). See

Chapter 4

Maintenance

for complete instructions. When finished, retry the test.

If the problem appears to be related to a particular region, edge, or
corner of the plate, review the alignment and flatness of the plate on the
carrier.

Please do not adjust

the carrier adjustment screws! Contact

your Bio-Tek dealer if you suspect an alignment problem.
