If the telephone is busy with a voice call, it cannot receive a text
message. Stop the voice call on the telephone. If this solves the

10. Contact cellular telephone service provider. The problem is with the service
provider’s system. After the service provider has fixed their problem, try to
page the digital telephone again. The problem is solved.
