Restoring a Telephone Book from the PBX
As soon as the changes on the page
User data > Address books > Contact
group authorisations
have been saved, the PBX starts to distribute the
assigned entries to the corresponding handsets until all memory cells have
been filled. If a handset is currently not ready for the data transfer (switched
off, impossible to reach or in a call), the PBX will try the next handset after a
few minutes until all data has been distributed.
The handset is not reachable during a data transfer (duration 2 minutes max.)
and there is "Copying from PBX" in the display.
Restoring a Telephone Book from the PBX
If you have accidentally deleted one or more telephone book entries on your mobile handset,
you can retrieve the contact data. This will restore your complete telephone book because all
contact data of the DECT contact group to which you are assigned are again copied into your
mobile handset.
