Telephone Book Authorisation
Switching Telephone Book Authorisation for Group On/Off

Requirements:

exchange line authorisation
1. Open the page
Subscriber (scr.) > Properties > Exchange line settings
.
2. In the list field at the top, select the subscriber in question by his name or number.
3. Select or clear the
Telephone book authorisation business
and
Telephone book
authorisation private
or
Telephone book authorisation
check boxes.
Further steps:
•
Create the desired contacts.
•
Assign the desired contacts to the
Telephone book version 1
contact group.
Switching Telephone Book Authorisation for Group On/Off
If the telephone book authorisation is enabled for a group, the group members logged in as
outgoing can dial the phone numbers entered in the contact group

irrespective of their exchange line authorisation.
