Fax Box
Fax Transfer
Important:
Depending on the configuration of the fax box in the printer driver,
the exchange line access number of the PBX automatically precedes the fax
number or has to be entered in front of the fax number of the recipient.
2. Open the document you want to send as a fax using the corresponding PC program.
3. Print the file via the printing function of the PC program. In the printer selection
dialogue, select the
Auerswald Fax
printer driver.
The fax pages are generated. A dialogue appears.
Note:
Entries in the field
Fax number of the recipient
are not considered in
case of a broadcasting file.
4. In the
Fax box for transfer
list field, select the desired fax box.
5. Click
Broadcasting file
.
6. Select the text file (*.csv, *.txt) created in step 1 and click
Open
.
The faxes are transferred.
Note:
At the bottom of the dialogue window, the status line displays a status bar
during the data transfer.
If the error message 507 is sent while a fax is transferred the fax transfer will
be interrupted for three minutes. Afterwards, the program tries to send the
faxes that have not been transferred yet. After ten unsuccessful attempts, the
program stops the transfer of all faxes that have not been transferred yet.
After the data transfer, the status line displays a message (successful/not
successful).
7. Click
Close
