Call Type
This column contains additional information to the recorded calls. The following types of call
are available (in case of differences, the standard names are also listed in parentheses):
Alarm call

Project (Proj.)
Business calls may be started with project numbers if the call charges or times have to be
assigned to project bills. These project numbers are stored for a successful call in the call data
memory and visible in this column.
Hotel Invoice Number (HotID)
The check-in procedure of the hotel reception telephone will automatically generate a 5-digit
billing number. This billing number will be displayed for call via hotel function in this column.)
