Configuring a Filter
Proceed as follows:

Using the configuration manager
Requirements:

Created filter
1. Open the page
User data > Call data > Filter
.
2. Click
Configure
in the line of the filter in question.
3. Configure the filter:
• PERIOD
:
If necessary, create the filter criteria:
• DIRECTION
: Select the check boxes for the calls to be displayed after being
filtered (
Incoming calls

Outgoing calls
).
• TYPE OF BILLING
: Select the check boxes for the calls to be displayed after
being filtered (
Private Calls
,
Business Calls
,
Successful Calls
,
Failed Calls
).
• HOTEL FUNCTION
: Enter a hotel invoice number. Possible entries:
• TYPE OF CALL
: If necessary, select a call type in the
Characteristic a call may
have
list field if only these calls are to be displayed after being filtered.
• SPECIFIC FILTERS
:
If necessary, configure the filter criteria:
Default period
: To display calls made in a predefined period of
time, select the desired period in the list field, e.g.
today
