Overview of the Status of Call Forwarding for Subscribers and Groups
The overview shows depending on the configuration the status of call forwarding for all
configured subscribers and groups.
Note:
The overview can be viewed and printed (
) in the configuration
manager by opening the page
Overviews > Call Forwarding Status
.
A configuration that is valid when a page is requested is highlighted with a
yellow background.
Click for a configuration to list the status of call forwarding for the selected
configuration.
The following columns are displayed:
• Phone number/name
: All available subscribers and groups are displayed here.
• Destination number
: The phone number to which incoming calls can be forwarded when
call forwarding or multi-path call forwarding is enabled is displayed here.
Note:
The table field which indicates whether call forwarding or multi-path
call forwarding is enabled is highlighted with a green background.
Switching Call Forwarding for Groups On/Off
If call forwarding is enabled for a group, internal and external calls to the group are rerouted to
other internal telephones or external connections.

: After 1 to 60 seconds a call on no reply will be forwarded if the
subscriber called does not respond.
