Entering the Column Headlines
Entering the Column Headlines
Here, it is specified which column headlines are assigned to the itemised list of the individual
calls on the telephone bill. The column headlines are printed out in the 14th line. The line below
the column headlines is automatically left blank. Subsequently, each single connection is
printed out in a further line.
Date
The term and the data below are output aligned to the left. The individual date is printed out in
the DD.MM.YYYY format (e. g. 24.03.2011). The separator is defined under
Separator date
for the complete printout.
Time
The term and the corresponding data are output behind the date (separated via a blank). The
start of the call is printed out in the hh:mm:ss format (e. g. 08:22:36). The separator is defined
under
Separator time
for the complete printout.
Duration
The term and the corresponding data are output behind the
Time
(separated via two blanks).
The call duration is printed out in the mmm:ss format (e. g. 15:22). The separator is defined
under
Separator time
for the complete printout.
Phone number
The term and the corresponding phone numbers are output behind the
Duration
(separated
via a blank). If the call was made via a telephone provider (e. g. a manually transferred call
which was initiated via the reception telephone with least cost routing enabled for the reception
telephone), the provider number will also be presented.
Amount
The term and the corresponding amounts (maximally 3 digits with 4 decimal places) are output
behind the phone number The calculation factor for the telephone costs of the individual
subscriber can be determined via the subscriber profile or the subscriber properties.
