Reinstall the Rear Panel
1.
Slide the rear panel back onto the device.
2.
Confirm that the sides are installed under the white
colored bezel.
3.
Push the white top cover down and install the top
two screws.
4.
Install the bottom two screws.
5.
Check fit and finish.
If the panel gaps are correct then the task is complete.
2.4 Installing the Instrument
A new user should be able to install and set up the
instrument by following these steps in the user guide.
Once the instrument and accompanying items are
removed from the packaging, complete the following
steps to install and set up instrument.
Install the Turntable
Install the turntable onto the turntable spindle and allow
it to drop down over the mating spindle while spinning it.
1.
Hold the outer edge of the turntable with one hand
while turning the knurled turntable locking screw fully
clockwise with the other hand to lock the turntable
on the drive spindle.
Make sure it is secure, but do not over-tighten.
2.
Slowly push the turntable forward and turn slightly
until it aligns and drops down over the spindle
3.
Hold the turntable’s outer edge and turn the locking
screw fully clockwise to lock the turntable onto the
drive spindle.
NOTE:
Hand-tighten only.
4.
Remove the waste bottle and cap included with the
accessory kit.
5.
Connect the bottle to the mating cap on the
instrument.
6.
Make sure the cap is fully tightened.
Rear Power Module
The Ethernet port and two USB Type A ports are
available on the rear power module of the instrument.
The power input connector and power switch are also
located here.
