To specify the minimum delay time from outgoing seizure to out-dial address for
a specified voice port, use the
timing delay-start
command in voice-port
configuration mode. To reset the default value, use the
no
form of this
command.

seizure to outdial address. Valid entries are
numbers from 20
to 2000. Supported on E&M ports
