2.1 When trouble occurs
Please contact our company with details of the problem that occurs. Report the following
items in as much detail as possible.

• Controller model name and serial No.

• Date of purchase
example: December 2001
• How long used
example: Since delivery, about 1 year
• Usage conditions
example: when power is turned on

• Status on MPB screen
example: Nothing is displayed on screen
Error message appears on screen

example: Servo won't turn on
Abnormal sound when robot is moved
