These settings include: Screen Defaults, Fax Defaults, Fax Control, File Destination / Output
Destination, Reduce/Enlarge Presets, Original Size Defaults, and Local Terminal Information.

Note: Information on Fax Defaults and Fax Control is critical to the operation of the Fax feature and
should be carefully evaluated to assure that settings are correct for the current working environment.
1. Press the
Log In/Out
button on the control panel.
2. Enter the
System Administrator’s Login ID
and
Passcode
if prompted (default
