Automatically Add User to the To or CC fields and Locking the Recipient List
The machine may be configured to automatically add the authenticated user to the To and/or the CC
fields when sending an email. Additionally, you may restrict the user from adding any additional
recipients so they are only authorized to email their own account. To enable this feature you must:
•
Configure LDAP.
•
Configure Authentication.
•
Restrict Access to (Lock) the E-mail service.
•
Enable Add me to To field or Add me to CC field.
•
Lock the recipient list (optional)

4. Enable
Add me to To field
or
Add me to CC field
and lock the recipient list.
a. Open your Web browser and enter the IP address of the printer in the address field. Press
Enter
to open CentreWare Internet Services.
b. Click the
Properties
tab.
c. If prompted, enter the system administrator user name and password (default:
admin
,
1111
).
d. Click the
Services
folder, then the Email folder
e. Click
Defaults
f. Check the
Enabled
check box next to
Add me to To
field to automatically add the user as a To
recipient.
g. Check the Enabled check box next to the
Add me to CC
field to automatically add the user as
a CC recipient.
h. Lock the recipient list (optional). In the
Edit E-mail Recipients
section, uncheck the
Enabled
check box.\
i.
Click
Apply
and enter the Administrator User name and password if prompted.
