: Specify the E-mail address. You can specify the address using either the Address
Book, or by manual input (New Recipient).

Transfer via FTP (1) and (2)
: Specify transfer to an FTP server. You can specify the address
using either the Address Book, or by manual entry into the boxes supplied.

Transfer via SMB (1) and (2)
: Specify transfer to an SMB server. You can specify the address
using either the Address Book, or by manual entry into the boxes supplied.
•
: Select
On
(if desired), then specify Print and Finishing settings. This prints a copy of your
document after it has been scanned.
9. When done with setting selections, touch
Save
.
10. Touch
Close
or
Exit
to exit the Setup Menu screen and return to the Tools screen.
11. Wait several seconds for the Auto Clear service to log you out.
Creating a Folder and Linking to a Job Flow Sheet (for Automatic Processing)
Before you can a job flow sheet to a folder, you need to create at least one folder for your use. In the
process of creating the folder, you can to your newly created Job Flow Sheet.
To create a folder and it to a Job Flow Sheet (for automatic processing), perform the following steps.
1. Press the
Log In/Out
button on the control panel.
2. Enter the
System Administrator’s Login ID
and
Passcode
if prompted (default
admin
,
1111
), and
press
Enter
.
3. Press the
Machine Status
button.
4. Touch the
Tools
tab.
5. Select the
Setup & Calibration
button.
6. Press the
Create Folder
button.
7. When the numbered list of Folders is shown on screen, use the supplied arrow keys to scroll through
the list to locate an unassigned Folder number.
8. Select an unassigned Folder number from the displayed list.
9. Press the
Create & Delete
button in the lower right corner of the Folder selection screen.
10. When the New Folder – Passcode screen displays, use the
On
and
Off
buttons on the left-hand side
of the screen to determine whether or not a password will be required to access the Folder. If On is
selected, use the printer's numeric keypad to enter a numbered passcode of up to 20 digits.
11. Press the
Save
button to save your settings. (To exit the screen, without saving settings, press the
Cancel button.)
12. When the Folder settings screen displays (after assigning a password), note that you have five
setting selections displayed on five numbered horizontal lines. The available selections include:
Folder Name, Check Passcode, Delete Documents After Retrieval, Delete Expired Documents, and
Job Flow Sheet to Folder.
13. To assign a name to the Folder, press the
Folder Name
selection line.
14. Press the
Change Settings
button.
15. Use the touch screen keyboard to enter a name for your Folder.
