Upgrade a DigiVAC Standard to a
22. Connect the Feed Control PCBs (900-174) using the data and power cable
links supplied. The safety plug on the PCB connector should be moved
from the middle Feed Control PCB to the same location on the top Feed
Control PCB
23. Check all connections and make sure that there are no trapped wires.
24. Connect the machine to the mains power supply and address the bins (see

A DigiVAC Standard can easily be upgraded to a . The standard
control panel is removed and the Graphical User Interface (GUI) and CPU are
installed instead. All other parts of the machine are the same.
Procedure
1. Disconnect the DigiVAC from the mains power supply.
2. Remove the L/H side covers from the base module and the lower two bin
modules.
3. Remove the DigiVAC Standard control panel (see Section 3.3.1).
4. Unplug the DigiVAC Standard control panel cable from the 900-176 Digi-
VAC Base PCB, and remove the cable.
5. Fit two stand-off posts, with washers, into the threaded bursts on the back
of the CPU box.
