1.
Check the sidelays and endlay all move freely but
positively on their lead screws. Strip down, clean
and tighten if required (see Section 3.9.2)
2.
Check all fixing screws are tightened
3.
Lubricate pivot bearing block (see Section 3.9.4)
4.
Check the condition of all electrical cables.
Ensure all connectors are seated correctly
5.
Clean the jogger full sensor using an airline
6.
Check overall jogging power and adjust if neces-
sary (see Section 3.9.5)
7.
Check Sidelays on the jogger for operation and
adjust tension of hand adjustments if they are too
loose
