Warning
It is essential to fit the cover over the exposed drive gears. Failure to do so may
result in serious injury.
10. Bypass the rear door safety switch using the safety switch bypass tool.
11. Switch on the mains power to the DigiVAC and start the machine with the
bins switched off.
12. Check that the conveyor wheels are correctly positioned and running
straight and true.
13. Disconnect the DigiVAC from the mains power supply.
14. Remove the rear door drive gear cover and the safety switch by-pass tool.
15. Replace the rear deflector plates and the rear conveyor assembly.
16. Close the rear door and test the machine function.
3.5.17 Removing the Pinch Wheel Idlers
The pinch wheel idlers can be removed if required to provide better access to
other parts, or if their bearings fail.
Procedure
1. Disconnect the DigiVAC from the mains power supply.
2. Open the rear conveyor door and remove the rear conveyor assembly (see

the spring pressure and lifting the R/H end clear.
