Installing the Front Outfeed Conveyor

The front outfeed conveyor is supplied ready assembled. It must be partially
disassembled prior to installation.
Procedure
1. Unpack the front outfeed conveyor. Note the location of the components
prior to dis-assembly.
2. Remove the paper guide rods (release and remove the hand screw, washer
and bracket).
3. Remove the paper guide assembly by lifting upwards.
4. Undo the two inner retaining screws on the L/H conveyor cap, hinge it
inwards and then lift off. Repeat on the R/H conveyor cap.
5. Open the rear conveyor door and slide the front outfeed conveyor into
place.
6. Secure in position with 4 orange hand screws (supplied), two at the back
and two at the front.

7. Check if a spring post is fitted, if so, it should be removed.

8. Then close the rear door.
9. Fit the paper guide rods using the brackets, washers and hand screws.
10. Push the paper guide assembly down onto the paper guide support shaft.
11. Replace the R/H and L/H conveyor caps.
