If the coil and armature are too close the vibrator box may rattle. If this is hap-
pening, turn the nuts anti-clockwise to increase the distance between the coil
and armature.

3.9.6 X-Jogger Vibrator Coil Replacement
Procedure
1. Disconnect the D-XJG power and data cables from the DigiVAC.
2. Disconnect the stacker full sensor cable from the electrical box.
3. Open the sidelays fully.
4. Remove the eight M6 nuts (see Figure 3:43) and four washers that secure
the vibrator box to the receiving area assembly.

5. Remove the two M6 button screws and washers, located in the centre of
the receiving area assembly, that secure the vibrator armature.
6. Remove the M5 button screw that secures the vibrator box earth cable to
the receiving area assembly.
7. Lift off the receiving area assembly.
8. Using a 10mm A/F spanner, hold the two M6 nuts under the vibrator box.
Remove the two M6 pozi screws (see Figure 3:42) that secure the coil.
9. Using pliers, remove the crimp connectors from the two coil power cables.
